Vic Okezie is Founder at Social Recruiter, a UK Social Media Recruiting consultancy & agency. Social Recruiter help companies to identify and attract candidates by engaging in conversations in social media. We provide relevant advisory, analysis and strategy on Social Recruiting.

This includes, but not limited to assisting recruiters to effectively use social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter as Direct sourcing tools, to complement other channels.

Vic Okezie is also Director at Crexia Limited, a Recruitment Media company. Crexia creates online recruitment campaigns, design recruitment websites and develop effective recruitment SEO.

We have worked with UK Direct employers and Recruitment Agencies in designing online recruitment portals and talent attraction strategies. Crexia is also the technology partner of several job boards in Africa and Asia.

Over my career, I have worked in recruitment (recruiter, in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant, headhunter, resourcer) within several industry sectors (Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG) and successfully made UK and International placements.
