Ahah – Here Comes The Spring. Nice!

With the nice weather and the arrival of Spring, with its friend the Sun, we have been out and about at weekends, enjoying the Yorkshire scenery.

Last Saturday, we were at a Park, where Mia and Max quite enjoyed themselves. Its amazing what a warm day can do to the little ones, and everyone at that. We managed to get a close shot of myself and Max below.

I will be a quiet on here for the next few months. However, I will still retain this personal blog as am sure to be back here every now and then, to talk about issues of personal interests.

For now, I am concentrating on developing Crexia as a Recruitment Media firm. Yes, we did Consulting a while back, but shifted focus to Online Recruitment, Employer Branding and Recruitment Media from 2010. This is something I find more exciting.

Also, I am more active on Social Recruiter these days, doing more of research on Social Recruiting across the globe and advocating how the trend will supplement employer’s Direct resourcing efforts.

Welcome a New Addition to our World!

The New Year is over a month old. I couldn’t get a chance to write a post here in January. Like everyone else, we struggled through the icy roads, with the heavy snow, and settling back in the work routine, after a very relaxing holiday season, spent on the bean bag watching Prison Break and doing family stuffs. The break was worthwhile.

January was also a wonderful month for us. We welcomed our son, Max on the 11th. I eventually took a few weeks off from work in January, to try and enjoy the doting dad experience. I still am doing, now back to work.

Max was born on a very special date: 110110 – something that looks very close to a binary code. No wonder their is talk of that date on here. That it is a little bit geeky. Time will tell.

Anyway, little Max is doing fine, and will be 1 month old very soon. It has been a great experience, having ‘another’ boy in the home, after raising our daughter close to 4 years now.

One week after he was born, we got a lovely picture of Max and Mia together. Quite a look on the big sister’s face, as she tries to figure out who is this new kid on the block, that everyone is now giving attention.

They have done well together, and his arrival has been a delight for us all.
