We have been working on the agenda for the Social Workplace Conference 2012 and have now published some speakers and summary of their presentations. The conference will be held on 24th May 2012 in London. Please find some of the confirmed speakers below:

It will also provide relevant information on what to look for in collaboration tools and how to buy Social Workplace Technology.

Enterprise Social Network for Collaboration within Organisations
Laurie Hibbs, Human Resources Director, LexisNexis

Laurie Hibbs will be talking about the collaboration challenges within his organisation and how they overcame those by using Yammer as their Enterprise Social Network. He will share insights from a Senior HR and Business Leadership strategy and also highlight tangible benefits that have been achieved from use of Yammer as their Enterprise Social Platform.

Social Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing for Employee Development

Priya Banati, Collaboration Strategy Lead, Accenture UK

This session will showcase Accenture’s approach to cultivating a commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing, including key programs, incentives and best uses of technology. This will be followed by an in-depth example of the 30 day challenge – a social experiment using blogging where 3,500 people volunteered to commit daily acts of people development.

Enterprise Collaboration challenges: Connecting Internal Stakeholders
Jens Schroeter, Senior Consultant, Social Media & Collaboration, Siemens AG

Jens will discuss Social Workplace from both a physical collaborative workplace and social software perspectives. This will include ideas on how Siemens Learning Campus embarked on a journey to introduce an Internal Social Technology platform for communication and collaboration and how Internal stakeholders from IT and HR where involved in the process.
