Very pleased to confirm more speakers for the Social Recruiting Conference. We have tapped into the European recruitment industry to attract more suitable and diverse set of case studies, where the companies experienced strong internal challenges, while developing a social media recruiting strategy.
While a lot of major brands are already well ahead in the use of social media in other facets of their businesses, it’s always worthwhile to note companies that invested time and efforts in influencing senior personnel to effect change. And we are certain a lot of successful organizations will relate to these case studies. Please do welcome:
Lennart Sloof, Online Employer Marketing Manager at Deloitte, The Netherlands, who will be presenting on how Social Media is now an integral part of their e-recruitment & employer marketing strategy, and the future of recruitment via social media at Deloitte NL, and globally.
Marie Pavelka, European Recruitment Manager for Cummins Corporation, based in the UK, will share a case study about her experience with creating a global corporate career group on social media, including challenges within traditional ‘blue collar’ industry to embrace social media as a valid tool for talent acquisition from the corporate recruitment perspective.
Ted Meulenkamp, Global Program Manager, Recruitment Strategies for Roche is presenting a case study on how Roche is starting to use Social Media globally to attract talent. He will focus on the strategy behind a multi-country implementation and share the initial results.
The conference final agenda will be ready in a few days, but attendees can still save £100 if they book on or by 31st August 2010. Register here.
