Partner with VPs and HR leaders for strategic hiring; Leveraged Power BI dashboards to drive performance and improving hiring outcomes.

Led as Change Champion for Global TA Hub and Eightfold AI deployment, creating concise enablement materials, driving change readiness and adoption; Achieved 100% TA Hub training completion at go‑live, contributing to rapid adoption, and improved quality of skills assessments.

Scope: Commercial & Executive Hiring in 40 countries | Team of 30 (4 Managers, 26 Recruiters)

Partnered with EVP International and 7 SVPs across regions to execute hiring plans, which accelerated leadership alignment and improved execution across regions.

Designed annual workforce planning with HR/Finance alignment which improved predictability and planning discipline. Achieved ~95% forecast accuracy for monthly and quarterly resourcing capacity, enabling informed prioritisation decisions.

Built a resourcing capacity and demand forecasting model using Visier HR data insights that enabled leaders to sequence hiring effectively, manage risk and focus resources on the most business‑critical roles and markets.

Scope: Corporate Functions hiring in 25 countries | Team of 20 (13 Recruiters, 7 Talent Sourcers)

Partnered with GMs and functional leaders to translate growth plans, product expansions and site launches into executable hiring strategies, with the team delivering 2,000+ hires across 25 countries.

Embedded data‑driven operating rhythms using WBRs and working backwards which increased hiring productivity by 12% after year 1 (OAs per recruiter: 70 → 78 | time-to-fill: 45 → 38 days).

Improved team engagement score from 3.8/5 → 4.4/5 by focusing on clarity of communications and collaboration; Optimised assessment process using conversion and interview effectiveness metrics, which transformed panel success target.
