We are hiring a Community Executive / Social Media Intern. This is a 3 months paid internship, including expenses covered where applicable. We expect the right candidate to commence from September or October 2011.
Crexia is a Social Business Conference company. Our conferences are always content-packed, conversation-charged and community-oriented. We are home to:
Based in London, we are now growing these conferences across Europe and plans for conferences in New York and San Francisco from 2012.
Expected
- Write informative blog posts relating to the content of our conferences
- Manage the company’s and all conferences’ twitter handles
- Monitor & contribute to conversations on Social Media channels
- Generate content for discussions in multiple communities
- Engage with wider target community where they are: Twitter, Li, Fb etc
- Live tweet / curate content at and during the conferences
Required
- Relevant experience in Blogging, Social Media / Online Communities
- Education in Marketing, Publishing, Humanities or related fields
- Exposure to Social Media / Digital Media / Corporate conferences
- Excellent oral and written communications skills & highly creative
- Emotionally-matured, flexible and work with limited oversight
Desired
- Active on Twitter, passionate blogger and avid Content Marketeer
- Experience in using Hootsuite and Social Media monitoring tools
- Previous Internship in Social / Digital Media or Content Marketing

- Hands-on experience in managing several Social Media channels
- Direct exposure with influencers and experts in specific fields
