Talent Acquisition Director Job

As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a key role in designing and executing the talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent across the organisation.

You will lead a dedicated recruiting team and work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders. This will ensure that the business has the talent necessary to support growth and deliver on the company mission.

What you will do

Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

Actively partner with executives, senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop hiring plans and establish recruitment priorities.

Build strong relationships across the business to foster effective collaboration and ensure a deep understanding of talent requirements

Lead a recruitment team, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure their success and professional growth

Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, conversion ratios and provide regular impactful insights to senior management

Drive diversity hiring, including diverse talent pipeline strategy and educate executives on effective competency-based interview and inclusive interview practices

Collaborate with the wider people and talent teams on cross-function activities around employer branding, DEI, HR technology and people operations

Significant expertise in talent acquisition with relevant people leadership experience, managing and coaching a team of recruitment managers, recruiters and sourcers

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with your team, stakeholders, and the wider HR organisation

Excellent collaborative, communicative and influential skills, with a passion for high performance and continuous improvements

Highly well organized and possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage several programs/priorities simultaneously
