I have led change management and influenced teams to adopt new technology and behaviours. At Microsoft, I was one of the change champions for the launch of a global AI enabled recruitment platform. This change introduced a new tool, processes and behavioural change.

Strategic Planning

I have created demand planning models to deliver business hiring needs. At Amazon, I improved my team’s productivity by using data driven dashboards and applying the “working backwards” model to achieve hiring metrics, sourcing conversion ratios and panel interview inclined rates.

Continuous Improvement

I have built scalable operations with focus on lean and continuous improvement. At GE, I drove major projects by using lean methodologies (value mapping and 5 whys). My superpowers are prioritizing actions, simplifying processes and clarifying messages to deliver greater impact.
